QUINCY, MA — A Quincy-themed escape tent and the Blue Hills Trailside Museum Animal Station are among the highlights planned for this year's Quincy Family Winterfest on Presidents' Day weekend. The event runs noon to 5 p.m. at the Hancock Adams Common, Quincy Town Hall and Church of the Presidents.

Among the other attractions for the growing event this year are a mobile gaming truck, activities and outdoor raceway in the tent, puppet performances, and a beer and wine truck. There will also be a fire show featuring Sasha the Fire Gypsy, photo opportunities from Ice Queen and Snow Princess, and music from The Van Burens and the 215th Army Band Ensemble.
