Good news, Quincy home sellers. The latest MLS data is in and year over year home sales and selling price are up. The 12 month activity for units sold is up to 490 from 475 this time last year. The average selling price is now a bit over $513,005. That's up 10% from last year.
Of course, the flipside to this news is that buyers had to dig a little deeper to afford a Quincy home. The chart, above, has a whole lot more information which you might be interested in digging into.
