Man Shot and Arrested By Police Over Cruiser Theft

Eric Leach is shot and arrested by police after stealing a police cruiser and leading police on a chase ending in Quincy.

QUINCY, MA - Eric Leach stole a Rockland police cruiser, and led police on a chase ending in Quincy. Leach gained access to a patrol rifle in the vehicle, and after pointing it at police, was shot by one of the officers.

Leach has been arrested and charged in the past, for shooting an 8 year old girl.
