Thirty two condos can be built after a neighbor's Land Court lawsuit was settled.

QUINCY, MA — Thirty two condos can be built after a neighbor’s Land Court lawsuit was settled.
Anton Cela and Zihni Zera will apply for a building permit to construct a six-story building at the intersection of Granite and Parker Streets, the Patriot Ledger reported.
The lawsuit was filed in July after the Zoning Board of Appeals approved a special permit for the project.

The existing two-family home at 7-13 Parker St. will be demolished to make way for 21 two-bedroom units, 11 three-bedroom units, and 48 parking spaces.
