Richard Leach has won the 31st $1 million instant prize winner in the Massachusetts State Lottery's "Ultimate Millions" instant ticket game.

QUINCY, MA — A Quincy man is a bit richer after buying a lucky lottery ticket.
Richard Leach has won the 31st $1 million instant prize winner in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “Ultimate Millions” instant ticket game. He opted to receive his prize in the form of a one-time payment of $650,000
He told Lottery officials that plans on using his winnings to buy a house and a car.

The winning ticket was purchased at Park Avenue Market in South Weymouth. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale.
Two $15 million prizes and 35 $1 million instant prizes remain in the game.
