Quincy Woman Charged With Murder In Fatal Stabbing

Police arrested a 22-year-old Quincy woman in connection to the fatal stabbing of Cameron Nohmy, 24.

QUINCY, MA — Police have arrested a Quincy woman they said fatally stabbed a 24 year-old Quincy man.

Alyssa Dellamano, 22, was charged with murder and misleading police during an investigation.

According to police the stabbing happened around 10:45 p.m., last Friday in a parking lot near the intersection of Hancock and Woodbine streets.

The victim, Cameron Nohmy, previously of Milton, was taken to Boston Medical Center but did not survive his injuries.

After collecting evidence, Dellamano was arrested Wednesday morning at a Weymouth home.

"The Quincy Police have been excellent partners with State Police in this investigation," District Attorney Michael Morrissey said in a statement. "We are grateful to the State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section, and the Weymouth, Malden, and Plainville police for their assistance during our attempts to locate Dellamano. Now this process moves forward into court."

Dellamano is expected to be arraigned Wednesday afternoon at Quincy District Court.
