The South Shore YMCA is proud to announce the launch of its new VIRTUAL SSYMCA site, helping Y members stay connected to the South Shore YMCA experience through on-demand videos and live-streaming group classes and events.

With so many people still unable to return to the Y due to COVID-19, the Y is bringing its health and wellness options to its members at home with this virtual experience.

Virtual SSYMCA is a valuable online platform where South Shore Y members can enjoy ON-DEMAND VIDEOS of workouts created by expert South Shore Y instructors, health seminars, cooking demonstrations, sports conditioning, family activities, and more. Each week new content will be added to the library based on member needs and feedback.

Live-streaming

Members can view and participate in LIVE GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES and events through the Virtual SSYMCA live streaming options, from a mobile phone, computer, or other devices.

Virtual Meetings

In February, the Y will launch VIRTUAL MEETINGS, giving South Shore YMCA affinity member groups like the Partnership Program adaptive fitness and sports group, Live Y'ers group for active seniors, Medical Wellness, and others a place to gather, socialize and connect.

10-Day Community Trial

Starting today, Virtual SSYMCA is live for a free, 10-day trial for the whole community to enjoy.

Just visit ssymca.y.org and click the blue SIGN IN button to enter the Virtual SSYMCA site. No login information needed! Try an on-demand workout, check out the blog, and view our upcoming live-streaming classes.

Virtual SSYMCA will be available to the public until February 10th for a free trial period. After that, it will be available to South Shore YMCA members only as a South Shore YMCA membership benefit.
