QUINCY, MA — A Quincy resident unhappy with the sorry state of Brook Road in West Quincy went public with the displeasure in a very colorful way Tuesday. A message in florescent pink — including profanity — demanded that the street be fixed.

WBZ-AM reported that National Grid crews tended to the road and filled in asphalt to the damaged part of the street. National Grid work over the summer left the street with seams, potholes and uneven pavement.

WBZ's Madison Rogers reported that National Grid learned of the displeasure with the street through a post of the graffiti on Facebook, then sent workers to repair it.
