Creative Arts in Reading center has Art (9am-4pm) and Theater (9am-12pm) classes during February vacation! Extended day is available.

Creative Arts, a non-profit community arts school located in Reading center, is once again offering a bounty of programs over February school vacation, Monday to Friday, February 18-22. All programs are for ages 6 to 12. Please call the office if you'd like to include a 5 year old.

Visual Arts: Classes include charcoal drawing, fiber art, acrylic painting, oil pastels, printmaking, sculpture, watercolor and scratch board. Instructors: Laura Root and Kim Kolodzieczak. Please visit our website for full descriptions of projects: www.weteachcreativearts.org
Students may be registered for single half days or a full week of classes. Morning classes run from 9am to 12 pm and afternoon classes run from 1pm to 4pm. Full day students have a lunch break with staff that includes indoor playground games in our spacious hall. Extended day is available from 8am to 5:30pm and pre-registration is required.
Theater: Broadway Vacation! Students learn the foundations of musical theater: singing solos and duets, acting out songs and choreography. Theater games will challenge students to think quickly and express themselves confidently on stage. Culminate in an informal performance to showcase skills and in front of an audience. Class runs from from 9am to 12 pm, Monday to Friday. Instructor: Kimberly Robertson
