Police arrested Dennis C. Wright of Perkins Lane in Lynnfield and charged him with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and operating a motor vehicle while failing to display plates.

At 6:32 a.m., there was a report that an ATM was possibly tampered with on Main Street.

At 1:28 p.m., wires were pulled down by a front-end loader on Pleasant Street.

At 4:18 p.m., there was a report of four or five youths fooling around with a shopping cart on Haven Street.

At 6:39 p.m., an area under a bridge on West Street was spray painted with graffiti.

At 7:21 p.m., a resident came into the police station to report stolen lawn signs.

At 7:55 p.m., there was a report of two vehicles drag racing on Main Street.
