Police: Vehicle Break-In Reported in Reading

Also, a dog was reported missing and a multi-car motor vehicle crash occurred in town.

In the latest police log from Tuesday, June 30, Reading Police reported a vehicle was broken into overnight and a sinkhole was reported in a residential driveway.

At 1:31 a.m., police located graffiti on the electrical box and wooden posts at 62 Salem St. and Memorial Park.

At 7:05 a.m., Reading Police reported a man was sitting on the curb and yelling near Washington and Ash streets.

At 10:35 a.m., an individual was arrested as a result of a traffic stop at 150 Village St.

At 12:53 p.m., police reported a 2002 black Toyota was broken into overnight at 9 Longview Road.

At 5:17 p.m., police reported a multi-car motor vehicle crash occurred at 214 Main St. Injuries were unknown.

At 5:34p.m., police said a dog named Harper was reported missing from a Pleasant Street residence since 5:15 p.m. on June 30.

At 8:28 p.m., Reading Fire Department Headquarters took a call for a sinkhole at the end of a driveway at 103 West St.

At 9:14 p.m., a woman reported her 13-year-old son was approached by an older male.

At 9:53 p.m., police reported there was a car load of youths on the golf course at 50 Covey Hill Road, possibly drinking.
