The CPDC held a public hearing last week regarding the proposed Artis Senior Living Facility that will be opened on Main Street where Eric's used to be. The CPDC motioned to continue the public hearing, according to the Chronicle.
The Artis Senior Living Facility will be located where Eric's used to be on Main Street and the facility will focus on patients with Alzheimer's disease. Several suggestions that the CPDC made to the applicant were not finalized, which was a main reason for the continuation of the public hearing.
The main concerns members of the CPDC have are related to parking, affordable housing, the roof plan, the façade color, the proposed fencing, the suggested loading space and figuring out correspondence with the Massachusetts DOT, according to the Chronicle.
