For Rent: Tom Brady's Penthouse

Tom Brady and his Brazilian supermodel wife, Gisele Bundchen, used to own and occupy a posh penthouse in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood at 310 Beacon St.

The property, as Curbed Boston reported, has come up for lease at a rate of $35,000 per month.

Variety stated that the Pats QB purchased the entire building in May 2006 and sold off the lower three units. Property records indicate that the power couple then nested in the top-floor triplex, which is complete with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

This 5,311 square-foot spot has five fireplaces, five parking spaces, a gym and a landscaped roof deck with a desktop wallpaper view of the Boston skyline.

The Brady-Bundchens initially sold the Beacon Street spot in mid-2012 for $9.2 million.
