An apartment building on School Street badly damaged by fire earlier this year is now on the market - as is.
The so-called fire sale has the three unit building at 12 School St. priced at $219,900, according to an online real estate listing. The seller is looking for cash buyers, rehabbers and contractors.
The building was built in 1870 and sits on a .11 acre lot, according to the listing. It is assessed by the city at $312,600 for tax purposes.

The three-alarm fire on March 31 sent three people to the hospital. It was later determined that it was started by smoking materials. A cat died in the fire and four people were displaced.
