Pets

Dog of the week.

Sheeba will steal your heart.

When 8 month old Sheeba arrived at the Northeast Animal Shelter she was frightened of the shelter environment. Some dogs do well with all the noises and commotion, but not Sheeba, she just shut down. It was decided that Sheeba would do best in a foster home, so off she went. In a foster home she has thrived! She enjoy spending time playing and cuddling with the resident dog and loves her people. Sheeba is also meeting new people and doing well. She looks forward to walks around town, she walks well on leash. Sheeba is also doing well with her potty skills, either using pee pads or going outside. If it's snowing or raining she chooses to just use the pads.

Sheeba is a beautiful Heeler Mix and she has been spayed and is up to date with vaccines. Sheeba is looking forward to becoming an important member of a loving family. If you would like more information about her, please call the shelter at 978-745-9888 and ask to speak with our foster care coordinator Elizabeth. You can find information on how to adopt on the shelter website @www.neas.org Visiting hours are Monday through Friday 10-8 and weekends 10-6.
