A report of a fight near a liquor store, a car alarm that wouldn't go off without a fight, and more from the Salem Police log.

  • Kevin M. Blade, 25, of Salem, was arrested on charges of breaking and entering a vehicle in the day, and violating a municipal bylaw last Thursday around 6 p.m. from Boston Street.
  • Police responded to a report of a noise complaint on Pope Street on Friday a few minutes after midnight. The resident agreed to shut off the music for the evening.
  • Nicholas J. Holt, 28, of Sandwich, was arrested on charges of assault and battery on a police officer and disorderly conduct last Friday around 11 p.m. after a report of a dispute on Essex Street.
  • Officers responded to a report of a car alarm on Ward Street on Saturday around 1:30 a.m. The owner was trying to turn off the alarm, and police helped him disconnect the battery to turn off the alarm.
  • Allen R. Delisle, 29, of Salem, was arrested on charges of trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium, and a drug violation near a school or park on Saturday.
  • Scott Douglas Odonnell, 40, of Salem, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, disturbing the peace, and possession of a class B drug on Saturday.
  • Marlon Rafael Duran, 24, of Salem, was arrested on charges of malicious destruction of property and disorderly conduct on Monday around 1 a.m. after a report of a disturbance in the area of Salem Street.
  • Joselito Flores Gomez, 44, of Salem, was arrested on charges of indecent exposure on Sunday.
  • Angela Lyn Smith, 40, of Salem, was arrested on charges of home invasion and malicious destruction of property on Sunday around 10:30 p.m. after a report of a breaking and entering in progress on Lafayette Street.
  • John-Henry Jude Walkup, 44, of Salem, was arrested on charges of assault and battery on a household member and malicious destruction of property on Monday around 3 a.m.
  • Police responded to a report of a fight at a liquor store on Gedney Street on Monday around 10:30 p.m., but found the store was closed and there was no one around.
  • Officers responded to a report of a man who had been asleep in a car on Lafayette Street for more than half an hour on Tuesday around 8:30 p.m. Police found the man was an Uber driver taking a nap.
  • James Robert Dryer, 22, of Salisbury, was arrested on charges of possession of class A, B, and C drugs on Tuesday around 8 p.m.
