North Shore Man Charged In Connection With 3 New Mexico Slayings

GLOUCESTER, MA — A North Shore man with apparent Neo-Nazi ties and nearly three dozen criminal convictions is facing charges in connection with the killing of three men in Albuquerque, N.M. after a "Boston" tattoo on his stomach helped FBI officials identify him.

An affidavit filed by Special FBI agent Bryan Acee in federal court said Richard Schuyler Kuykendall, 41, of Gloucester, is facing charges of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, and is also suspected of being involved in the killing of three men whose bodies were dumped at a New Mexico hospital last week.

Acee's affidavit, obtained by Universal Hub, said the suspect was involved in a shootout in an Albuquerque alley where three people were killed. Acee said surveillance footage shows Kuykendall then jumped in the blue Chevrolet Malibu with the three bodies and drove to a nearby hospital where surveillance video shows the suspect taking off his shirt and revealing the "Boston" tattoo on his abdomen.

"Several of his tattoos are clearly recognizable," the affidavit said, "to include a large letter 'B' on his left shoulder and an iron cross on his right breast. I am aware Kuykendall has a tattoo with the word Boston across his abdomen and portions of the tattoo can be seen in the video.

"Kuykendall told a security officer there were three dead guys in the Chevy, which he motioned toward. Kuykendall paced around briefly, then fled the scene."

The affidavit said police arrived and found three dead men in the car, which was "riddled with bullet holes."

The affidavit said the FBI was familiar with Kuykendall through his ties with the Aryan Brotherhood and that the three victims also had Aryan ties.

It also said the FBI believes Kuykendall stashed the pistol used in the killings behind a dumpster in the alleyway, where it was later found.

The Washington Post reported Kuykendall is being held without bond.
