Salem- Raymond J. Gagnon, 73, of Salem, passed away early Wednesday morning at Beverly Hospital in the company of his loving family. He was the husband of Linda (Pelletier) Gagnon of Salem.
Born in Salem, MA, Ray was the son of the late Norman and Marie (Sorenson) Gagnon. He was educated in Salem schools and worked for many years for the Hawthorne Hotel as an engineering manager. Ray loved to travel with his wife Linda, especially to Aruba, and he loved to garden and do projects around the house.
Raymond is survived by his step-children, Nicole Levesque, Kelly Levesque and her fiance John MacKinnon, and Gregory Levesque all of Salem; four step-grandchildren; a sister, Maryanne Ahearn and her husband William of Salem; a brother Norman Gagnon and his wife Judy of Salem; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved dogs Bella and Molly. Ray was the brother of the late Dianne Occhipinti and Richard Gagnon.

Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours Monday from 4-8 p.m. in the Berube & Sons Funeral Home, 191 Lafayette St. Salem.
