Salem Hospital Launches Student Summer Job Program
Salem High students can earn college credit and get paid for the summer program that runs July 6 through Aug. 20.

SALEM, MA — Salem High students interested in potential careers in the medical field are encouraged to apply for a spot in the Salem Hospital summer jobs program.
The program, run in connection with MassHire North Shore and North Shore Community College, will teach students about the many clinical and non-clinical careers in the health care industry from those across the Mass General Brigham system.
Students can earn three early college credits from North Shore Community College, gain skills and career competency training and get paid.

The seven-week program is open to sophomores, juniors and seniors. It runs from July 6 to Aug. 20 and runs 20 hours per week.
It is 100 percent remote.

In addition to the summer jobs program, Salem Hospital for nurses in Obstetrics-Gynecology, Emergency, ICU, Med/Surg, Psychiatry, Surgical Services, and Floating.
