Friday, May 23: 

• At 4:25 p.m., police responded to a report of malicious damage to a fence on Lafayette Street.
• At 5:44 p.m., police responded to a past break-in on Upham Street. The property owner told police someone broke into the basement of the building, damaged a washing and drying machine and tried to get coins out of the change machine.
• At 6:59 p.m., police responded to a possible water main break on Mall Street.
• At 8:42 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Boston Street.
• At 9:27 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Salem Street.
• At 9:28 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on St. Peter Street.
• At 10:32 p.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Rainbow Terrace.
• At 10:59 p.m., police responded to a dispute between neighbors on Hartford Street.
• At 11:01 p.m., police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle behind the Target on Highland Avenue.
• At 11:12 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Geneva Street.

Saturday, May 24: 

• At 12:14 a.m., police responded to a loud house party on Lafayette Street.
• At 1:17 a.m., police responded to a possible fight near the intersection of Church and St. Peter streets.
• At 2:01 a.m., police responded to a house party on Perkins Street.
• At 2:43 a.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Loring Avenue. Tina M. Niswander, 44, of 251 Loring Ave., Salem, was arrested for reportedly having two outstanding warrants.
• At 10:54 a.m., an officer disposed of a hypodermic needle discovered near the intersection of Washington and Harbor streets.
• At 11:57 a.m., police responded to a dispute between neighbors on Alba Avenue.
• At 1:18 p.m., police made a warrant arrest on Jefferson Avenue. Jay T. Hogan Jr., 24, of 14 Lakeview Ave., Lynn, was arrested for reportedly having two outstanding warrants.
• At 1:34 p.m., police responded to a road rage incident on Derby Street.
• At 2:10 p.m., police and fire units responded to a cooking fire on First Street.
• At 2:56 p.m., police stopped a motor vehicle on Highland Avenue. Abdelaziz Mousa, 36, of 21 High Rock St., Lynn, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
• At 4:51 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Raymond Road.
• At 6:06 p.m., police made an arrest on Derby Street. Jeremy R. Marchand, 25, of the streets of Salem, was arrested for reportedly having four outstanding warrants.
• At 6:53 p.m., police responded to a fight on Cross Street Court. Kimberly A. Doyle, 40, of 172 Chestnut St., Lynn, was arrested on a charge of assault and battery on an elderly person.
• At 11:11 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Allen Street. Theodore J. Sweeney Jr., 38, of 9 Allen St., Salem, was arrested on a charge of disturbing the peace.
• At 11:14 p.m., police responded to a report of kids "playing chicken with traffic" near the intersection of Lafayette Street and Forest Avenue.
• At 11:38 p.m., police responded to a loud house party on Palmer Street.
• At 11:59 p.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Derby Street.
  
  

Sunday, May 25: 

• At 5:34 a.m., police responded to an undesirable person in an apartment on Broadway. Brian A. Dettorre, 25, of 15 Stone St., Beverly, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
• At 10:27 a.m., a Hillside Avenue resident called police to report that his house was egged overnight.
• At 4:11 p.m., police and fire units responded to a manhole fire at the intersection of Essex and Union streets.
