  • Police responded to a report of larceny last Thursday around 2:30 a.m., after rims and tires were stolen from a car in a First Street parking lot, leaving the car on cinder blocks.
  • Joanna Peralta, 39, of Beverly, was arrested on charges of shoplifting last Thursday around 9 p.m. after police responded to Highland Avenue.
  • Officers asked two people to take down the camp they had set up in the Salem Common gazebo on Thursday around 9:30 p.m.
  • Police responded to a report of a man wearing a traffic directing vest on Derby Square on Friday around noon, causing a disturbance.
  • Angela Davis, 27, of Salem, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and on a warrant last Friday around 3 p.m. after police responded to Highland Avenue.
  • Officers responded to a report of a cart full of items in Lappin Park on Washington Street on Saturday around 10 p.m., but the cart was gone when police got to the park.
  • Javier Nelson Cepeda, 19, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of malicious destruction of property, resisting arrest, carrying a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, attempting to commit a crime, and violating a municipal bylaw last Saturday.
  • Daniel Christopher Lucier, 26, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of negligent driving and drunken driving last Saturday.
  • Michael Allen Fellows, 35, of Middleton, was arrested on charges of failing to drive within the marked lanes, speeding, driving with a suspended license, and drugged driving after police responded to a report of a car accident in the area of North Street on Monday around 9 a.m.
  • Carlens Luckenson Jean-Pierre, 18, of Salem, was arrested on charges of evading taxi fare and malicious destruction of property after police responded to a report of a suspicious person on bridge street on Monday around 1:30 p.m.
  • Michael John Daley, 33, of Salem, was arrested on charges of shoplifting, and on a warrant last Tuesday around 10 a.m. after police responded to Traders Way.
  • Raymond Alan James Garland, 26, of Salem, was arrested on charges of indecent exposure last Monday around 7:30 p.m. after police responded to a report of a suspicious person on Highland Avenue.
  • Scott Alan Healey, 40, of Salem, was arrested on charges of possession of a class B drug, and possession of a class E drug after police responded to a report of a suspicious person last Tuesday around 2 a.m.
  • Caitlin Dow, 27, of Beverly, was arrested on charges of shoplifting last Wednesday around 2:30 p.m. after police responded to Highland Avenue.
  • Henrique R. Lobo, 31, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon last Tuesday.
  • Glen Rigney, 63, of Beverly, was arrested on charges of open and gross lewdness last Tuesday around 3:30 p.m. after police responded to a report of a disturbance in South Washington Square.
  • Police responded to a report of a possibly drunk woman wearing purple, causing a disturbance in front of a Washington Street bar on Tuesday around 4 p.m.
  • Officers responded to a report of a man “jumping around” in a Sewall Street parking lot on Tuesday around 5 p.m.
  • Ryan M. Ortiz, 24, of Salem, was arrested on charges of assault and battery, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon last Wednesday.
