Yelling, Stolen Bikes: Salem Police Log
Driveway party, a fight in a park, and more from the Salem Police log.

- Police responded to a report of a fight in a park on May Street last Tuesday around 5 p.m.
- A loose dog was caught in the Greenlawn Cemetery last Tuesday around 6 p.m. and brought to the police station.
- Officers took a report of two bikes stolen from the Hawthorne Hotel last Thursday around 7 a.m.
- Police responded to Washington Street last Thursday around 8 p.m. on a report of a man walking down the street and yelling out loud.
- Roy A. Defreitas, Jr., 29, of Salem, was arrested on charges of possession of a class A drug last Thursday around 10 p.m. after police observed drug activity on Congress Street.
- Police responded to a noise complaint on Mason Street last Sunday just after midnight. Officers found a large family party in the back driveway, and advised them of the complaint.
- Scott Oliver, 54, of Salem, was arrested on charges of uttering a counterfeit note last Sunday around 3:30 p.m. after police responded to a report of a scam on Norman Street.
- Jennifer Marie Barrett, 36, of Salem, was arrested on charges of breaking and entering into a building in the daytime last Monday around 7:30 p.m. after police responded to a breaking and entering in progress on Bryant Street.
- Andrew N. Pelletier, 46, of Salem, was arrested on charges of shoplifting last Monday around 7 p.m. after police responded to Highland Avenue.
- Officers responded to a report of someone locked inside the gate at a storage unit on Monday around 9 p.m. The person was let out.
- Jay Perruzzi, 18, of Middleton, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct last Tuesday.
- Angeline Jean Bottari, 48, of Salem, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest last Wednesday.
- Brett Gamache-Snow, 30, of Salem, and Preston Phillip Gerraro, 31, of Salem, were arrested on charges of trespassing last Wednesday. Gamache-Snow was also arrested on charges of possession of a class A drug after a report of a suspicious person on Leavitt Street.
