Another Snowstorm for Seekonk, Swansea Monday
Seekonk and Swansea will be buried in 6-10 inches of snow Monday.

SEEKONK, MA — Seekonk and Swansea will get hit with another snowstorm Monday—the second in four days.

There will be 6-10 inches of snow, 40 mph winds, and possible coastal flooding. Power outages and dangerous road conditions are likely.
The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning that will be in effect Monday at 4 a.m. through Tuesday at 7 a.m.:

- A WINTER STORM WARNING...IS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM MONDAY TO 7 AM EST TUESDAY...
- ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 6 TO 10 INCHES.
- WINDS...NORTH 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.
- TIMING...SNOW OVERSPREADS THE AREA MONDAY MORNING 4 AM TO 7 AM THEN BECOMES HEAVY AT TIMES AFTER 8 AM AND CONTINUES INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON. SNOW INTENSITY BEGINS TO DIMINISH BY MID AFTERNOON.
- IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE SLOW AT BEST ON WELL TREATED SURFACES...AND QUITE DIFFICULT ON ANY UNPLOWED OR UNTREATED SURFACES.
