Fall River Police Searching For Missing Wayland Teen Girl

FALL RIVER, MA — Fall River police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 15-year-old girl who they said fled from Wayland to the city. Rachaell Redgate was last seen on Feb. 10.

Police described Redgate as 5 feet, 1 inch tall and weighing about 110 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes, and may be wearing glasses.
