Professional Football Comes to Fall River
The Mass Effect officially announces Fall River as their home field.
Fall River has a history of creating big things. From humble beginnings as a 19th century textile manufacturer to the founding of "Dollars for Scholars" by Dr. Irving Fradkin in 1958. The town has thrived because of exciting new developments that enhance the quality of life for its residents. Now, with the support of a national indoor football league, professional sports comes to Fall River. Playing their inaugural season in the EIF (Elite Indoor Football League) the Effect has announced their home games will be played at Driscoll Arena located at 272 Elsbree Street.
The Mass Effect football team is community oriented with local, homegrown talent. The Effect have further solidified their commitment to the community by joining the One SouthCoast Chamber of Commerce. By joining the chamber, the team hopes to grow our local business network and form a lasting partnership.
