Heavy rain is expected throughout the day. The high tomorrow could hit 90 degrees.

Wednesday: Rain and thunderstorms before 12 p.m., then a chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1 p.m. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Patchy fog before 10 a.m. High near 74. South wind 7 mph to 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent.

Wednesday night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 10 p.m. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Patchy fog after 11 p.m. Otherwise, cloudy during the early evening, then gradual clearing, with a low around 61. South wind 6 mph to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent.

Thursday: Sunny with a high near 90. Southwest wind 7 mph to 13 mph.

Thursday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 66. Southwest wind 5 mph to 9 mph.

Friday: Sunny with a high near 92. Southwest wind 5 mph to 14 mph.

Friday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 63.
