Regency Liquors in Seekonk Expanding

The Seekonk Board of Selectmen approved a request from the Regency Liquor store to approve an expansion on the store.

The store will be expanding to the space where Cable 9, Seekonk’s public access channel, is currently. The public access channel has purchased a building for their activities.

“We took this as an opportunity to expand the liquor store another 2,800 square feet,” said manager Jose Araujo.

The store will offer the same services and not change its use, but offer more.

“I’m glad to hear someone’s doing well,” said selectman David Parker.
