Rain is on the way later this week in Seekonk and Swansea.
Strong winds could knock out power in Seekonk and Swansea Monday.
A wind advisory was issued Monday through 5 p.m. Gusts will hit 50 mph, possibly knocking tree limbs into power lines, according to the National Weather Service.
Winds will calm down Tuesday, but rain is on the way.
