Swansea Arrest Log: Sept. 1 to Sept. 26

SWANSEA, MA — The following arrests have been reported in the Swansea police log for the time period of Sunday, Sept. 1 to Thursday, Sept. 26. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The names of any minors have been omitted.

Sunday, Sept. 1 — San Sarath, 33, of Fall River, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a vehicle.

Sunday, Sept. 8 — Michael Catanzaro, 31, of Johnston, Rhode Island, was charged with disorderly conduct, driving under the influence of alcohol and refusing to identify himself being an operator of a vehicle. Susan M. Smith-Tetreault, 58, of Rehoboth, was charged with operating under the influence of a drug, negligent operation of a vehicle and a marked lanes violation.

Tuesday, Sept. 10 — Edward J. Galego, 62, of Somerset, was charged with possession of a Class A substance, possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute and driving with a suspended license.

Wednesday, Sept. 11 — Derek W. Harris, 39, of Fall River, was arrested on a warrant.

Thursday, Sept. 12 — Samuel Joyner Taylor, 32, of Providence, was arrested on a warrant.

Friday, Sept. 13 — Dimitar N. Kolev, 30, of Bridgewater, was charged with operating under the influence of a drug.

Sunday, Sept. 15 — Robin Chang, 68, of New Bedford, was charged with fishing without a license, disorderly conduct, throwing fish overboard upon inspection. Roland S. Parker, 47, of Swansea, was arrested on a warrant relating to probation.

Monday, Sept. 16 — Jeffrey Magdariaga Jr., 26, of Fall River, was arrested on a warrant.

Tuesday, Sept. 17 — A 15-year-old was charged with larceny of property valued at more than $1,200.

Thursday, Sept. 19 — Anna P. Sousa, 45, of Swansea, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a vehicle.

Monday, Sept. 23 — Troy Wendell Spencer, 35, of Brockton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a vehicle and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

Thursday, Sept. 26 — Myles R. Parker, 28, of New Bedford, was arrested on a warrant.
