Swansea Launches Coronavirus Dashboard On Town Website
The dashboard will be updated with the latest COVID-19 data every Monday.

SWANSEA, MA — The Town of Swansea has launched a COVID-19 dashboard on its website to keep residents informed on the latest data related to the pandemic, according to a news release from the town.
The COVID-19 dashboard will be updated on a weekly basis and include monthly positive case data for Swansea Public Schools, the town's weekly active cases, the total number of confirmed and probable cases, and the total number of Swansea and Somerset residents who have been vaccinated at joint clinics.
“We are hopeful the dashboard provides an up-to-date snapshot of how COVID-19 is impacting our community,” said Town Administrator Mallory Aronstein in a statement. “Knowing the extent of the infection rate in our community comprises most of what we need to know to arm ourselves against continual spread.”

The data for the town's COVID-19 dashboard will be collected by the Swansea Board of Health and updated every Monday. Community members will also be able to view data from previous weeks on the webpage.
“It remains our goal to be transparent regarding the number of COVID-19 cases within our community, and with this dashboard we will be able to remain committed to this goal," said Public Health Nurse Emily Lachance in a statement.
