U.S. Rep. Kennedy Talks About Veterans

U.S. Rep. Joe Kennedy III was in the area Saturday to meet with constituents. The Democratic congressman, whose district includes Seekonk and Swansea, came to his office in Attleboro. Among the people with whom he spoke was Seekonk Veterans agent Seth Bai.

"We spoke about both federal and state benefits and the tempo of the reintegration of vets into the work place," wrote Bai in an email to Seekonk-Swansea Patch. "Lisa Nelson [Kennedy's senior district representative] maintains an outstanding outpost for Joe Kennedy and is a consummate professional. Veterans in Bristol County have two young public servants who acknowledge the scope of veterans entitlements."
