White Christmas In Seekonk-Swansea: 4-Day Weather Forecast

SEEKONK-SWANSEA, MA – Christmas weekend – Saturday especially – will be among the busiest shopping days of the year, and Mother Nature won't be taking it easy on you. The National Weather Service this week predicted a smattering of inconvenient winter weather through Saturday, followed by a peek of sun before snow Christmas Eve into Christmas morning.

In Seekonk-Swansea, the NWS says there is a 80 percent chance of snow Monday morning. Here's a look at your four-day weather forecast, via the National Weather Service:

Friday
Snow likely, mainly after 5pm. Cloudy, with a high near 35. Light and variable wind becoming east around 6 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Friday Night
Rain and snow likely, becoming all rain after 7pm. Cloudy, with a low around 33. East wind around 6 mph becoming light and variable. Chance of precipitation is 70%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Saturday
Rain likely. Cloudy, with a high near 50. Light and variable wind becoming south 5 to 9 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 21 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Saturday Night
Rain likely, mainly before 8pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 35. Southwest wind 7 to 9 mph becoming northwest after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 21 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Sunday
Partly sunny, with a high near 42.

Sunday Night
A chance of rain and snow before 10pm, then snow. Low around 31. Chance of precipitation is 80%.

Christmas Day
Snow, mainly before 10am. High near 37. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
