Pictured above are the student winners in the Sharon Snowflake Contest held at the Sharon Branch of Dedham Institution for Savings. The personally designed snowflakes submitted by the students from the Cottage Street School, East Elementary School and Heights Elementary School were hung in the Sharon Branch Office and judged for first, second and third places in grades Kindergarten through Five. The six 1st prize winners received a $100 check, the six 2nd prize winners received a $75 check and the six 3rd prize winners received a $50 check. In addition, the Sharon Public Schools received a check in the amount of $750.
