Forecast Roundup: How Much Snow is on the Way?

Find out when the snow is hitting the area.

An April snow shower could leave a few inches on the ground in towns across Massachusetts.

The National Weather Service is forecasting four to six inches of snow. The snow is expected to enter Eastern Massachusetts between 5 and 7 a.m. with the bulk of the accumulating snow occurring during the afternoon. Some some may linger into Monday evening, especially south of the Massachusetts Turnpike.

  • WCVB: 3-6 inches
  • WHDH: 3-5 inches
  • WFXT: 3-6 inches
  • WBZ: 2-4 inches (isolated areas of 4-6 inches)
