Herb Chambers Companies Named One of the Best Places to Work

A business with a location in Sharon has been named one of the best places to work at by the Boston Globe.

In the Globe’s annual rankings of the best places to work, the Herb Chambers Companies was recognized for the sixth year in a row. This year, the company was ranked second among large companies, an improvement from fifth place last year.

Herb Chambers operates a Lexus dealership on Route One in Sharon with its headquarters located in Somerville.

Key factors in the rankings include company direction and execution, employee connections, workload and responsibility, management, pay, and benefits.

The Herb Chambers Companies are comprised of more than 50 automotive dealerships throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island and employs over 2,200 workers.

Kronos Incorporated, a tech company in Chelmsford was ranked number one among large companies.
