MIAA Basketball Tournament: Sharon Earns Postseason Birth

SHARON, MA - The Sharon Eagles are set to make a run at the basketball state title as the 2016 MIAA Division 2 South pairings have just been announced.

Finishing the regular season with a record of 11-9, the 15th-ranked boys basketball team will host No. 18 Milton in a preliminary round match on Feb. 29 at 6:30 p.m. The winner faces No. 2 Whitman-Hanson on March 2.

The winner of the Division 2 South tournament will play the winner of the North bracket for a shot at the state championship.
