New Store, Fitness Center Coming To Sharon Marketplace In 2021

SHARON, MA—Two new retail tenants, Dollar Tree and Burn Boot Camp, will join Sharon Marketplace sometime in 2021, said Capital Group Properties on Monday.

The retail center, a 103,000 square-foot space located at 700 South Main St., recently underwent extensive exterior renovations. Its current tenants include Shaw's, Liquor World, Dunkin' Donuts, Citizens Bank, KinderCare Childcare Services, TT Nail Salon, Kumon Learning Center, and Marathon Physical Therapy.

The new 10,000 square-foot Dollar Tree and 5,000 square-foot Burn Boot Camp will fill the last available spaces in the building.

Capital Group Properties acquired Sharon Marketplace in August 2018. The recent exterior renovations, completed in 2019, included a new roof, facade, landscaping, pylon and building signage, and lighting.

Sharon Marketplace, conveniently located near I-95, serves as a one-stop shopping and service center for Sharon and surrounding towns.
