Sharon To Conduct Food Drive For Coronavirus Pandemic Needs
Sharon will hold a food drive for those in need due to coronavirus pandemic cutbacks and layoffs March 21 and March 22.

SHARON, MA — Sharon will hold a food drive for those affected by the coronavirus pandemic this weekend. The drive will be run from 9 a.m. to noon at the The Sharon Community Center on Massapoag Avenue.
Non-perishable items accepted include: canned meat and fish, canned vegetables, rice, nuts, peanut butter, healthy soups and stews, whole grain cereals, grains and dried beans, pasta and pasta sauce, instant mashed potatoes, granola bars, crackers, applesauce, shelf stable milk and honey.
All donated items will go to local community during the COVID-19 emergency. Any leftovers items will be donated to the local food pantry.
