State Board Revokes Sharon Real Estate Agent's License Renewal

The announcement was made by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons.

A Sharon real estate agent has been affected by Massachusetts Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons Board enforcement actions, according to a news release Wednesday.

The Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons revoked Joshua Leventhal's right to renew his license to practice as a real estate salesperson, according to the announcement.

The move came after the board found that Leventhal engaged in unlicensed practice in 2010, when he contracted with several individuals to provide professional real estate services in exchange for compensation.
