A review of home sales in Shrewsbury shows that the most expensive home sold in recent months was a 11 bedroom, 5 bathroom house in Rawson Estates on Balsam Circle.
The 7,000 square-foot home sold for roughly $1.2 million on Aug. 27.
It sits on a 1.09 acre lot, has a three-car garage and three fireplaces, according to NEMoves.com.
