9 Million-Dollar Homes Sold In Somerville Last Month

SOMERVILLE, MA – A number of Somerville homes left the market last month, but where were the most expensive sold? Buyers in July closed on nine homes across the city for over a million, according to Realtor.com. And the most expensive property – a multi-family building – sold for just shy of $3 million.
