How To Apply For Somerville's Affordable '100 Homes' Program
The city is accepting applications for its affordable housing waitlist. It will prioritize households facing displacement.
SOMERVILLE, MA — Somerville is now accepting applications for its "100 Homes" affordable housing program. Eligible applications, including people facing displacement, Section 8 voucher holders and households earning 80-100 percent of the area median income, will be added to the waitlist.
Priority will be given to households facing displacement, including those who are in the process of a no-fault eviction, have received a notice of lease non-renewal or must utilize a mobile housing voucher in Somerville or risk losing it, as well as homeless applicants with funding from a Continuum of Care organization.
Apartments are available to households on a rolling basis across various income brackets. Households will be contacted in the order in which applications are received.
