Rescheduled Community Meeting On East End Grille Space

A final community meeting on the proposed mixed-use development will be held Wednesday.

SOMERVILLE, MA – The final community meeting about a proposed mixed-use development to replace the East End Grille space on Broadway will be held Wednesday, July 19. The meeting was originally scheduled for July 11 ahead of a planned July 13 vote, but the timeline has since shifted.

The developer behind the project, Goodfood Restaurant Group LLC, is proposing a mixed-use building consisting of 24 residential units, two commercial storefronts and a private parking garage for about 20 vehicles at the corner of Broadway and Glen Street.

East End Grille, a restaurant and bar that fused upscale fare with classic pub food, closed in October after three years at 118 Broadway.
