Somerville Affordable Housing Lottery: 11 Units Available

SOMERVILLE, MA — Eleven income-restricted apartments are available for rent at 400@Mystic (400 Mystic Ave.) and the Commons at Prospect Hill (434 McGrath Highway). Four one-bedroom and seven two-bedroom apartments will be offered to income-eligible households at or below market-rate prices through an application and lottery process.

An information session will be held Thursday, Dec. 19 at 6:30 p.m. in the third-floor community room of the Visiting Nurses Association, 259 Lowell St. The deadline to apply for the lottery is Wednesday, Jan. 8 at 2 p.m.

Applications may be submitted before the deadline via one of the following means:
- Email: inclusionary@somervillema.gov; OR
- Faxed: 617-591-3235; OR
- Delivered/mailed to the Housing Division located at 50 Evergreen Ave., Somerville, MA 02145;
If you are mailing an application, allow at least one (1) week in the mail to ensure the
application will be received before the deadline (not post-marked).
