Somerville Homes Under The City Median

SOMERVILLE, MA – Property values are on the rise in Somerville. According to Realtor.com, the median listing price in May for a home was $698,000, about $200,000 more than in May of 2014. Overall, the current median listing price is $791,000 and the median closing price is $730,000.
