Somerville Income-Restricted Lottery: 15 Units At Assembly Row
There will be two open houses ahead of the application deadline in December.

SOMERVILLE, MA – Somerville officials recently announced an income-restricted housing lottery for 15 affordable housing units at Alloy, a development at Assembly Row. To qualify, households must be first-time homebuyers and must submit either a first-time homebuyer training class certificate completed within the last three years or proof they are enrolled in a first-time homebuyers training class which will end before Jan. 9, 2019.
Alloy is a mixed-use building at 275 Foley St. consisting of 122 residential units, a hotel, restaurants and retail space. See below for available units and income limits:

Officials will hold an information session on Thursday, Nov. 13 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the fourth floor of the Visiting Nurses Association, 405 Alewife Brook Parkway. Park at Dilboy Field.

There will be open houses on Oct. 24 from 6-7:30 p.m. and Nov. 10 from noon to 2 p.m. Applications are now available and are due by 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 10. They may be submitted to SEB at 257 Hillside Ave., Needham, MA 02494 or emailed to alloy.affordable@sebhousing.com.
The lottery will take place Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2019 in the Aldermanic Chambers at City Hall at 93 Highland Ave or viewed on YouTube.com/SomervilleCityTV.
