Upcoming Somerville Hotel Gets $53.8M In Financing
Cambria Somerville, a six-story, 98,000-square-foot hotel on Somerville Avenue, is expected to be completed in 2021.
SOMERVILLE, MA — An upcoming hotel on Somerville Avenue has received financing from UBS Realty Investors. The company is financing the Cambria Hotel Somerville for $53.8 million, bldup.com reported last week.
Cambria is being designed by Cambridge-based architecture firm CambridgeSeven. The 98,000-square-foot, six-story building will house a 164-key hotel, 150-seat restaurant, pool, fitness center and meeting rooms.
It will be located at 515 Somerville Avenue near Harvard, Union and Porter Squares. The project is expected to be completed in February 2021.
