Plans Revised for Proposed Wareham Street Project
Less commercial space, more apartments. Share your thoughts at next week's public meeting.
A proposed development at 46 Wareham Street has been tweaked, adding 18 more residential units and reducing space for offices and stores.
The overall project size remains the same as originally proposed, at 64,530 square feet.
A public meeting to discuss the proposed revisions from Holland Development LLC is scheduled for Aug. 9, from 6:30-8 p.m., at Project Place, 1145 Washington Street.
