Seating Plan

"We are not limiting the number of guests a graduate may invite. As we did last year, each senior will be given two (2) preferred seating tickets for the section of bleachers closest to the stage. These tickets will be collected at graduation," said Cargill in the Principal's Message. "There will be some floor seating for guests unable to access the bleachers. We ask that families be considerate of grandparents who may need to use this seating and sit in the bleachers, if at all possible. Last year, we had plenty of seating."

Guests will enter through the gymnasium doors, while handicapped guests will enter through the front doors of the building, according to Cargill.

"We will have a wheelchair to transport any guest who may not be able to walk the corridor to the gym," Cargill said in the Principal's Message. "If your guest will need this help, please arrive early."

No Sound Makers Allowed

The principal also asked people "not (to) bring devices that make noise to graduation. It is a distraction and upsetting to some families. Everyone parent and guardian wishes to hear his/her student’s name."

Party Time

The school will be having its annual All-Night Graduation Party starting at 11 p.m. and ending at 5 a.m. Saturday, according to the event page. Students need to arrive at the school before 10 p.m. or they will not be allowed to attend the party, the site notes.

Students can dress casually and bring their yearbooks and cameras to the party, according to the event page. Dancing, live entertainment, food, refreshments and some special suprises are in store for graduates attending the party, the page adds.
