Stoneham Farmers Market Readies For 2021 Season
The Market will look the same as 2020 in some respects — think masks and social distancing — but expect both some familiar and new faces.
STONEHAM, MA — There's a month before the Stoneham Farmers Market sets out for its 2021 season.
The Market opens June 3 and will run through Sept. 23, skipping July 1 for the Fourth of July. Hours of operations will be 2:30-6:30 p.m. at the Town Common.
The 2021 season will look like 2020 in some respects — there will still need to be masks and social distancing. But it'll also hopefully provide some more stability for vendors.

"Last year had its issues but all the vendors and participants were very happy to be able to get out and sell their products," Lauren Murphy, who has taken over for Julie Boussy, said in an email. "We did have some vendors that closed down because of the pandemic and others that were so busy with on-line orders that they weren't able to join us!"
Murphy said many of everyone's favorites are due back: Aaronap Cellars, North of Boston, Top Shelf Cookie, Gaouette Farms, Q's Nuts and Roma's Bakery are among those ready for the season.

There's also going to be some new faces. Among those joining the Market are Lilybird Coffee, Sauce LLC, and DB Culinary Provisions from Stoneham.
"Crafters, Community organizations and sponsors will be back this year, along with the Stoneham library with stories for the children," Murphy said.
